“Mom, I have to admit I was wrong about your counter tops,” were words I never expected to hear. My daughter could not believe we were getting granite. She, like everyone who comes to our house, is amazed at how astounding they look. The crew that installed the television and satellite network was also amazed - they described them as the most impressive counters they have seen and assured us that they have worked in hundreds of homes.
The best part of our new house? The granite counters. The best subcontractors we worked with? High Country Stone. Krista worked tirelessly and cheerfully to locate the exact granite pattern we liked that fit within our budget. Danny assured us his crew could install the large island top in one piece - one company would do so only if we agreed to pay for the granite if it broke during installation. Danny’s installation was perfect. Equally important - all deadlines were met.
I find myself standing in my new house amazed at the beauty of the granite counter. I glide my fingers over the counter exploring the intricate patterns, searching for sparkling specks - a process that is repeated throughout the day as the granite changes with the variations in light. The most beautiful part of our new house was made possible by Krista’s untiring search for the perfect granite and Danny’s artistic, skillful craftsmanship. High Country Stone was the most professional and friendliest subcontractor we worked with - Krista and Danny treated our quest for granite as a special mission and accepted nothing less than our highest satisfaction.
We never wanted granite counters until Krista introduced us to gorgeous slabs. We never thought we could afford granite until Krista showed us we could. We never thought our large island could be installed in one piece until Danny proved it could be. Working with High Country Stone was the most positive experience in the building process.
